It's a simple idea, and I'm sure most of us can relate to it. The idea of holding yourself back. We do this in many ways. I'm showing this in what I think leaves no mistaking that the figure is holding himself back. Many people won't take the responsibility and admit, that they are the one, imposing the biggest obstacle on themselves. That is not the case here.
