Yes, the piece does rock back and forth, and yes I do know that's not what a see-saw ("She-Saw") does, but the idea is the same. The idea of something going forward and then coming back to start. When I think of the womens movement, and all the progress, it just seems to me that some things haven't moved forward. It's a hard thing especially between the sexes. I think that women will always be objectified by a large portion of the male population, and I guess that's what this piece is really saying. Womens rights may continue to move forward, but I think somethings will always remain back at the start.
